There are currently a small number of openings for Deputy Residential Managers, and we would welcome applications from suitably experienced candidates wishing to join our leadership team.

The Deputy  Manager role is unique in that it combines direct support to our young people, alongside supervisory and administrative duties in support of the home’s manager.

It is a role ideally suited to experienced residential childcare workers looking to progress their career, with a view to gaining the experience and skills necessary to eventually manage a home of their own.

Post details:

Salary – minimum £32,565  (full time @ £16.70ph) – potential £39,965 *

Additional – sick pay allowance and additional annual leave entitlement based on length of service

*Based on hourly rates quoted PLUS approximately £4,950 pa sleep-in allowance based on average 9 sleeps-ins per month @ £50 per sleep PLUS £1,200 on-call allowance

Location – Various locations in Liverpool and Wirral
